Judgement of the jury:

The existing buildings are complemented by two volumes in a surprisingly simple way. The outdoor space is convincingly zoned, also the eventual extension is selfevident. The access from the Bingstrasse bears a correspondence within the existing structure and can serve as an entrance to the academy at this position. The preservation of the important tress is possible and the buildings are presented as pavilions in the greenery.
